little gray mouse

First there was the squirrel. Then, a little opossum. Now a small, gray mouse. I have trouble envisioning how an assembled creature will look when I cut pattern pieces, so there is always an element of surprise when I sew stuffed animals. For the mouse, I shortened the head from the opossum pattern, changed the ears to be teardrop shaped and have a pink lining, and made a gray, non-prehensile tail. This little mouse likes Cheeze-Its.
