strawberry mini tapestry complete

The small tapestry last featured here is finished. I think it's pretty cute for my first crewel work project, and I definitely learned a lot. I'll need more practice on the Quaker stitch used on the lettering, especially filling in the capital letters. I really liked doing the whipping stitch (used here on the stems and various outlines), and am especially pleased with the little strawberry seeds. I'm looking forward to what other folks' mini tapestries look like and then to working on the larger tapestry together at a later date.
